Bridge Door Systems can facilitate the repair, service, upgrades & replacements of most types of door, gates & barrier systems. We pride ourselves on having one of the most technically trained teams within the industry. Our in-house technical team can draw on over 40 years of knowledge and experience within the industry. Relating to mechanical, electrical, door/gate and barrier solutions.

Advising on your site equipment with regards compliance in line with current British standards and requirements. All engineers are trained to the highest standards and have attended the DHF Doors and Gate awareness courses. In addition we send engineers on any relevant suppliers in-house training courses we deem necessary. All engineer’s vehicles are fitted with tracker devices, linked to our recently implemented field service monitoring system. Not only do BDS have a good relationship with customers, but our engineers also have an incredible customer satisfaction track record.

Which in turn records all work carried out on each piece of equipment in line with a logged site asset list should this be necessary for any reporting function requirements. It also allows engineers to access online technical and H&S information whilst on site.

Our service division have the depth of knowledge which enables us to advise on all aspects of your service requirements from a standard service on your equipment to equipment upgrades and complete equipment replacement projects to meet the client’s current functionality/H&S/environmental requirements. Bridge Door Systems offer a 24hr re-active call out service within a 100 mile radius of Manchester.

What’s Included

Bridge Door Systems service
Prior to any service proposal being issued, a technical representative of Bridge Door Systems will attend site & discuss customer requirements for all equipment. If a service contract is taken the customer will be allocated an individual account manager & added onto our internal CRM system which will detail asset numbers for each piece of equipment ensuring traceability throughout each scheduled PPM visit & full maintenance/repair history.

This comes with the intention of guaranteeing safety of customers and product longevity. BDS follow by all the standards and regulations of the Door & Hardware Federation.
